We've discovered that we can keep our prices low and maintain a larger stock of products if we enlist the help of friends.  Therefore, Cola Country Gifts partners with other smaller retailers and shipping partners throughout the United States.  We refer to our partners as "Affiliates" and assure you that we carefully screen our Affiliates to ensure they meet the same standards as we employ ourselves.

Our Payment Acceptance Policy
We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, or Check or Money Order by mail.  When paying by credit card, your account will be authorized within 24 hours using address and verification to reduce fraud.  If our bank processor indicates that the billing address and zip code do not match those of the cardholder, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice and without any notification requirement to you or we may contact you for the card verification code.  We may or may not notify you of our decision to cancel the order.  Acceptance of an order via our website does not automatically indicate that the credit card has been authorized or approved.  Per our agreements with the credit card companies, we do not finalize transactions until the item actually ships.  However, items which are specified as "Special Order" in their description are charged in-full at the time the order is finalized by Cola Country Gifts.  PayPal payments are instant payments, except in the case of PayPal e-checks.  Per PayPal's agreements, we do not ship any items paid by e-check until the e-check has cleared through PayPal.  Further, we reserve the right to refuse any order asking us to ship items to any PayPal unconfirmed address.  When mailing a check or money order, please mail to: Cola Country Gifts, 37168 W. Leonessa Ave., Maricopa, AZ 85138.  Any order submitted pending a check or money order will be finalized upon receipt of the payment.  If payment is not received within ten (10) days, the order will be automatically canceled and any merchandise held will be released for sale to another customer and any discounts or sale prices no longer in effect will be forfeited without recourse.  We reserve the right to hold orders until the check or money order has been cleared by our bank in our sole discretion.  Any refunds issued are made in the same manner as the original payment, except money orders, which are refunded by company check.  We strongly advise that you never mail cash to us or anyone and cannot accept responsibility for any cash payments regardless of any precautions you may take in sending a cash payment.

Our Shipping Policy  
To serve you better, we provide USPS and UPS Shipping options allowing you to choose the carrier of your preference based on cost or time of delivery.  Our overall goal is to ship all items within 48 hours of the order.  Please remember that UPS cannot ship to a Post Office (PO) Box.  Cola Country Gifts and its Affiliates reserve the right to ship using an alternative carrier in their sole discretion, unless a special instruction is entered at the time of order.  Neither Cola Country Gifts nor its Affiliates can be held liable for any delays or other incidental damages as a result of changing shipping carriers, except for any additional costs for shipping should an item be returned to Cola Country Gifts as undeliverable by the alternate carrier. Cola Country Gifts and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you desire shipping insurance, please note this request in the special instructions on your order and an associate will contact you with additional details.

 

Our Cancellation Policy
If you place an order with us, we truly appreciate your confidence and trust and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you!  We know that from time to time, something may come up that would require you to cancel your order after you have placed it.  Generally, we ship most of our orders within two business days, and - of course - once it leaves our warehouse, we can no longer cancel the order and our normal Return and Refund Policy would apply.  However, if your order has not been shipped, you may cancel by immediately emailing us at sales@colacountrygifts.com.  You may call us at 1-888-297-9990, but written notice of cancellation must also be sent prior to the order being considered cancelled.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has been packaged or sent to one of our Affiliates for shipping, and any such fee may equal up to 10% of the order total.

Our Backorder Policy
Despite our best efforts to ensure that all of our items are in-stock and that our website is updated with any out-of-stock items, from time to time it is possible that you may be able to place an order for which we do not have adequate supply.  If this should occur, we double-check with our affiliates who may have additional stock with the hopes of being able to ship it through one of them.  If we are unable to locate an item, we will notify you of the backorder status.  We may ship any additional item(s) separately and in any such case, we accept responsibility for any additional shipping charges.  If you (or we) cancel a backordered item, you will receive a full refund for the item we couldn't provide.  For special order items, you agree to allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of the item or the length of time indicated in the description, whichever is longer.

Our Return and Refund Policy
If you would like to return all or any part of your order, please email us within fourteen (14) calendar days after you receive your product at sales@colacountrygifts.com. We generally have a "No questions asked" policy on returns, allowing you to return your items for any reason or for no reason at all.  However, we can not accept responsibility for your cost to send the item back to our warehouse.  Once we (or our Affiliate if we so decide) receive your return shipment, we will refund your order cost as follows: Products returned may be charged up to an 18% re-stocking fee, Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.  Return requests made after fourteen (14) calendar days may be accepted in the sole discretion of Cola Country Gifts.  In order to be eligble for our Return and Refund Policy, you must have a valid return authorization number and the item must be in new condition and returned with all original boxes, packaging, and any manuals or accessories.  If any of these items is missing, an additional deduction may be taken at the sole discretion of Cola Country Gifts or its Affiliates.  We do not allow refunds on special order items for any reason.

Our Damage Claims Policy
We (and our Affiliates) take great care in preparing your items for delivery to you.  However, we do not inspect inside closed and sealed product boxes to insure that the item(s) leave our warehouse in perfect condition.  Further, it is possible for items to be damaged in transit.  Should you open your merchandise and find any part of your order to be damaged, please email us within five (5) calendar days to inform us of the damage.  Your email should be sent to sales@colacountrygifts.com and include your order number, the item that was damaged, and a detailed description of the damage and/or a digital photograph of the damage.  We will begin processing your claim immediately and will notify you of the status of your claim.  Claims may be processed through UPS, USPS, or a third-party insurer.  If we require the item to be returned before we can process your claim, you accept responsibility for the cost of returning the item to us until your claim is verified and confirmed.

Our Wholesale or High Quantity Policy 
We will work to accomodate any wholesale or high-quantity orders placed on our website.  In fact, we gladly offer quantity pricing for such orders.  In order to accomodate you, you must call our sales department at 1-888-297-9990 Ext. 701 or email us at sales@colacountrygifts.com with your request.  Please note that we consider wholesale and/or high quanitity orders as special orders, meaning that payment in full is due at the time the order is placed and that we do not accept returns.

Our Privacy Policy
Cola Country Gifts respects your privacy and takes our commitment to keeping your personal information safe.  All personal information is transferred to our servers via secure connections using the current standards of encryption.  All credit card and XpressCheX payments are processed securely and any paper copies are kept in secure storage accessable to limited personnel.  Our confirmation email and invoices truncate payment information to ensure privacy as email is not a secure method of communication.  Only that personal information required for order fulfillment, order follow-up, or convenience on return visits to our site are collected and retained on our servers.  That information includes your name, full mailing and billing address(es), telephone number(s), and an email address (for communication and/or account log-on).  Cola Country Gifts may share your personal information with its Affiliates and Shippers in order to fulfill your order, but Affiliates and Shippers may not use your information outside of that specific use.  Further, Cola Country Gifts may share the contents of your order to Shippers or personal information and order history as required by any governmental agency by court order.  For subscribers to our email newsletter, we promise to respect your privacy by limited messages to you from Cola Country Gifts to no more than three (3) per month in mass mailing.  You may opt out of communications from Cola Country Gifts via email simply by choosing not to subscribe to our email newsletter or by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in all newletter communications from us.  We always reserve the right to send communications via United States Postal Service at any time.  Cola Country Gifts does not engage in telephone solicitation.
